Meet our Founder Steve DeStefano
Steve DeStefano, LEED AP, CEM is a Real Estate and Energy professional with over 30 years of experience. He fosters relationships with personnel, clients, and vendors to form strong networks and strategic alliances. Over the course of his career Steve has developed deep energy retrofit and large complex capital projects. His experiences were grown on both sides of the project as the developer and as a Real Estate Manager. Prior to Steve’s most recent role of VP Operations at the American Dream Mall which consisted of 4.4M Sq. Ft. he was the Senior Director of Real Estate Management for Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts.
